If you're someone who likes massive header images that are hard to ignore, then this design, designed by UltiJoomla in Germany, is the choice for you. Originally designed with the real estate market in mind, the top image in this layout is definitely hard to miss.

Features

Like all the designs offered by OES, this template is fully customizable to meet your needs but there are a few features that come standard, and some that do not. Some features which come bundled standard with this layout are:

• Fully customizable top and left menus.
• A dedicated, top-right module position, ideal for search or newsflash module implementation.

• Select your own background colours.
