Use LOTS of fonts
Because variety is the spice of life.
Variety may be the spice of life but too much spice will give you an ulcer. Along the same line, sites with too many text fonts/sizes/colours can give people headaches. Just think about how annoying THIS page is. The best thing you can do is to just BE CONSISTENT. If you use one font for your paragraphs and one font for your headers, then you should be safe. The same goes for text size, colors, etc. And your visitors won't be as annoyed as you are now.
